Dr. Ruediger Theiselmann is Chief Executive Officer and Head of Digitorney Asia-Pacific. A German lawyer and corporate financier, he gained more than 20 years professional experience in media, investment banking, financial restructuring and legal services. He co-founded the Board Academy and is an expert in board matters. In addition, he frequently publishes books/articles and holds lectures at European Business School as well as Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Gaby Baaijens is CFO and Head of Digitorney EMEA. She worked over twelve years for the The Hague, Amsterdam and Frankfurt (Germany) offices of the largest Benelux law firm and over three years for a Big4 accounting firm where she was responsible for the “German Desk”. Since March 2015, Gaby is an entrepreneur developing new tools and activities focusing on international finance and (tax) law. In parallel, Gaby lectures and publishes articles frequently on international tax law topics.
Maria Flavia do Amaral is Head of South America. She studied law and economics in Brasil, USA and Germany and received an LL.M. in Germany. Prior to joining Digitorney, she worked for international corporate law firms in Brasil and Germany, co-founded and managed for four years a logistics-servicer in Brasil. At the same time, she has been working on her doctoral thesis at the University of Cologne. Since 2016 she is in charge of the establishment of Digitorney’s network in South America.
Dr. Oliver Strank is Member of Digitorney Council for DACH. In this role, he coordinates all activities of Digitorney in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In parallel, he is a lawyer based in Frankfurt. Previously, he worked for law firms and served as research assistant at universities.
Oleg Rivkin is Head of North America at Digitorney based in New York City. He looks back on nearly 25 years’ experience as attorney and partner in U.S. law firms and specializes in international litigation. In 2016, he founded his own law firm in Manhattan and is responsible for Digitorney’s operations in the U.S. and Canada.
Bastian Timm is Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at Digitorney. He has been working as journalist in the fields of business, finance and capital markets for renowned TV and radio stations. In addition, he has been a communications advisor to listed blue chips.

Prof. Dr. Wulf Kaal
Prof. Dr. Wulf Kaal is a leading expert at the intersection of law, business, and technology. His research focuses on innovation, technology, emerging technology applications, smart contracts, initial coin offerings, hedge funds, and dynamic regulatory methods. He was associated with corporate law firms and investment banks.
Wulf advises medium to large enterprises, crypto startups, venture capital funds, and international policy makers on emerging technology solutions. As an adviser and mentor, he focuses on creating synergies for his clients and building successful new businesses, among others, on existing solutions.
Markus Rupprecht is the Founder and CEO of a Traxpay AG. He boasts a distinguished track record of leading innovation in the financial services industry. After spending over a decade at a leading international bank, his passion for disruptive technology led him into senior roles with multiple tech pioneers.
He has previously served as Director at a consultancy firm, Sales Director at a software group and as a Partner at an e-payment provice. As well as working full-time as Chief Executive Officer at Traxpay, he continues to explore fresh ways of overhauling the industry he has worked in for more than 20 years by acting as an advisor and business angel for other FinTech start-ups worldwide. Markus Rupprecht holds a Master of Business Administration from the leading Ludwig-Maximilians Universität in Munich.
Jochen Siegert is a board member and COO of Traxpay AG, a B2B payments and supply chain financing SaaS FinTech company. He joined Traxpay from a seed investment firm, where he was co-founder and Managing Partner. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of an online games pioneer.
As Director of EMEA Strategy he helped to scale an international payment provider to the market leader. Before that, Jochen Siegert held leadership roles in the financial services industry and supported various FinTech companies as advisor/supervisory board member and gained practical experiences in ICOs.
